With the completion of phase 1 of the Sherwood Close development. Clarion Housing has appointed Durkan as its builders for phase 2 replacing Lovell who built the first phase. Durkan will be responsible for building four new residential blocks containing 139 new flats. This phase will include the private housing block alongside Northfield Ave.
